Omaha Steaks is a family run business that specializes in premium meat products. The company websites states they produce custom cuts to distribute internationally. The pork chop selections from Omaha are sent boneless and frozen. You have the option of using the oven or a grill to cook your meat. As of 2011, the pork choices include a tray with additional sides or bacon-wrapped chops.

Step 1

Place your frozen pork chops on a plate and set them in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.

Step 2

Remove the chops from the wrapping and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Preheat either the grill, oven or broiler depending, on how you choose to cook the chops. Set the grill to high or the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 4

Stick a meat thermometer into the center of a chop. Once the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees Fahrenheit, the meat is done. When baking in the oven, this will take approximately 25 to 30 minutes. If using the broiler or grill, turn the chops after 6 minutes to cook each side.

Tip

Read the cooking instructions carefully when you receive the pork chops. The methods for each product may vary. For example, Omaha Steaks does not recommend cooking the bacon-wrapped pork chops in the oven.
