Baked Lamb Ribs
Step 1
Take the lamb ribs out of the refrigerator 60 to 90 minutes before you want to cook them to bring them to room temperature. Keep the covered with plastic wrap.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3
Brush the lamb ribs all over with extra virgin olive oil and place them in a baking or roasting dish. Season the lamb ribs with sea salt or kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Bake the ribs in the oven for one hour without opening the oven door.

Transfer the lamb ribs to a serving platter and allow them to rest for five minutes before slicing them or serving them.
Broiled Lamb Ribs
Step 1
Take the lamb ribs out of the refrigerator 60 to 90 minutes before you want to cook them. Keep them covered with plastic wrap.

Cover the bottom of a broiler pan with aluminum foil. Place the ribs in the broiler pan and brush them with extra virgin olive oil and season them with sea salt or kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Broil the ribs for five minutes. Flip them over and broil them for an additional five minutes on the other side.

Transfer the lamb ribs to a serving platter and allow them to rest for five minutes before slicing them or serving them.

Place the lamb ribs over direct heat and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the lamb ribs over and cook for an additional eight to nine minutes.

Transfer the lamb ribs to a serving platter and allow them to rest for five minutes before slicing them or serving them.
Tip
For extra flavor, rub the lamb ribs with finely chopped fresh rosemary to taste right after applying the extra virgin olive oil.
