Though there are a lot of over the counter treatments available for scalp pimples, it is best to stick to anti acne solutions. First, make sure you wash your hair with a mild shampoo regularly. You can also use ointments with Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid on the pimples. A proper hair wash routine is ideally enough to heal scalp pimples over time but if they are becoming an embarrassing problem, it is best to consult your doctor.
