- Add 1 cup of beef broth, 1 sliced onion, 1 pound of sliced mushrooms, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
- Cook for 6 to 7 hours on low.
- When you're ready to serve, boil egg noodles until tender and drain.
